We offer value added services for each membership type:
Monthly
For the monthly membership, you receive 1 Bronze detailing service every month, between the first and last day of the month.
On months 6 and 12, we will perform a more comprehensive service to include seats and leather shampooing, as well as an exterior wax application
Seasonally
For the seasonal membership, you receive 1 Silver detailing every season / quarter, between the first and last day of every calendar season:
Winter: Jan 1 - March 31 | Spring: April 1 - June 30 | Summer: Jul 1 - Sep 31 | Fall: Oct 1 - Dec 30)
In spring and fall we will apply wax on your vehicle as part of your service.
For both our monthly and quarterly memberships, you are signing up for a yearly (1 year) membership that renews automatically unless cancelled. Payment is billed monthly or quarterly depending on selection. This allows you to gain access to the added complimentary services for each option, as well as locks in the discounted rate per session as opposed to purchasing a Bronze or Silver package individually.
Our memberships are for the duration of a year starting from the day that you sign up. Cancellations are on a per case basis and while we try to accommodate cancellation requests, we are able to offer discounted rates and additional perks with the commitment of a yearly agreement
When on a monthly plan, we offer free pickup and drop off of your vehicle within a 5km radius of any of our locations. We pickup and park your vehicle back in its spot if requested. Simply provide your key to front desk, concierge or valet and we will handle the rest.
Yes, if you sign up for either of our memberships, you will have access to priority and flexible scheduling (before / after regular hours). You may discuss this with the technician or booking advisor each session, or simply set a recurring date that works for you each month and quarter
