Questions about our membership

We offer free pickup and drop-off of vehicles for residents of the hotel / building that we operate in, as well as anyone that books the gold package. For everyone else that's within a 5km radius of our location, a pickup / drop-off fee of $50 will apply. Exceptions may be made - please contact us for more details

If it rains or snows within a week of us detailing your vehicle, come in for a complimentary exterior wash and dry pending schedule availability. We will try our best to accommodate - please contact us to book the follow up session within 7 days of original service
